Fill a Heart 4 Kids
Fill a Heart 4 Kids provides essential resources, food, hygiene items, and life-skills support to foster, homeless, and at-risk youth across Lake and Cook Counties. By restoring dignity and removing barriers to education, the organization empowers marginalized young people to build brighter, more self-sufficient futures.
&Rise
&Rise empowers survivors of trauma and abuse to heal and thrive through free counseling, support groups, and skill-building workshops. The organization creates an inclusive, supportive community—particularly for women of color and low-income survivors—fostering confidence, stability, and long-term personal growth.
